School’s Out!

I am so happy. School is finally out and summer starts once again! And to think I started this blog only a year and a month ago, I never thought it’s been so long and I’ve gotten so far! But yeah, another 3 months to chill out and work on stuff I’ve been dying to work on!

Summer 2009 Goals:
Finish Fighter’s Field 3D Version 1.0 (An official release!)
Finish Z-Tower Defense
Become more adept at Alto Sax.
Get to Lv80 at least on Drift City
Play through World of Warcraft
Beat Spore on Hard Mode

Well, there might be some more, but I cannot think of anything else. Anyways, so we got out on March 20th, so it’s been a week. Things have been going pretty smoothly. Each day I got to relax and have fun with my brothers and sister. Our family has gone out swimming, we’ve talked about plans to go to places with our Church, and I have been working on games and playing some Final Fantasy 7. So it’s been a pretty good summer so far. Last year, I remembered being into BZFlag and starting Fiesta, but this year, it seems I almost have no game I’m caught on. I mean, I have been playing some Drift City, but…It’s been getting hard to level now but it’s still fun. I’m waiting for more G-Coins to get my Nova V6 to Nova V9, or waiting for a Duel. Either one.

Recently, I’ve had a flash drive go dead. It was because of bad sectors which probably happened while I was transferring files and after pulling it out and plugging it in, I lost all my flash drive data. It wasn’t too major, but it was definitely a disappointment. The biggest file I lost, was my Fighter’s Field 3D file. So, what was I to do? Well, me and my 5-year-old bro Jonathan are always playing/working on the game, and I remembered that I gave him an “alpha” testing executable just 2 days ago. And I thought, I needed it. Using my backup flash drive (with only 128 MB instead of my original 2GB), I got it on my computer and downloaded the Game Maker EXE Decompiler. Now, I know what you may be thinking if you know what I mean. I’m a bad person now. No, not really. Because I am using it for first off, a very legitimate purpose. I needed to decompile my Fighter’s Field 3D exe file so I could get all my months of typed codes and all my objects and sprites back! And I promise you. Once I have decompiled the game, I have permanantly removed the decompiler from my computer. If some legal dude or anybody wanted to inspect my hard drive for any signs of the decompiler (or my flash drives/CDs/any media storage device) I assure you there is no trace of it anymore! Therefore, I have no possibility of decompiling any of your games, got it? So don’t go commenting on here “You suck, you loser decompiling others’ games.” or anything of that sort. Also, it is my game, and if you don’t believe me, you can read previous posts that go months back about the development of it, you can read about it at http://z-gamers.net, find it on GMC, and you can ask one of the members on Z-Gamers about it, they’ll tell you, so there’s plenty of proof it’s mine along with my full name being in the executables of the Fighter’s Field 3D games.

Sorry about going on and on about that, it’s just I don’t want anybody thinking I’m doing anything bad in particular, and I have plenty of proof to make sure nothing bad can be thought of me. (Sorry, keeping rep is a thing for me xD.)

Fighter’s Field 3D development if going well. Mining system is complete, PvE system is completed, and I’m now working on the new skills. There are 8 skills per class, making it 32 skills, but you can only get a new skill once every 10 levels. You get your first one after the Class Upgrade 3 at lv60, and you get one every 10 levels. This patch goes up to lv100, so you get 5 total. So you can get 5/8 skills from the skill shop for your new class, and each one does different things. If you are interested in seeing what they are, I will be posting up a Word file with a list of them in a later post.

That’s all I got for now. Stay tuned.

The Dragon Delasangre

Yes, this is what I’m talking about today. This is a book called The Dragon Delasangre by Alan F. Troop.

Now, I just want to say, this book is the most amazing fiction fantasy book I could possibly find. I could argue Pendragon, but once I read this, now I am seeing even more greater fantasy.

Rating – 10/10
I don’t think I’ve given a 10 to anything yet. Well here it is. The Dragon DelaSangre is about an adult dragon (If I recall correctly 57 years old which isn’t too old in dragon years) who is able to change between a human and dragon form. I think this is what made the book the best fantasy book I’ve ever read. This concept right here. I’ve read Eragon before and I thought that was a pretty cool book, but now we have a dragon that can also be a human. The main character in the book, Peter DelaSangre lives with his father and learns about the dragon and human life. Although he is a dragon, his mother encouraged his father to send their son to human school, so he acquires much of his life through a human. (Note, ignore the first chapter of the book if it is boring to you. This describes the scene and his life with his father.) After the first chapter, you start heading into some action. As you will later learn, the dragons go on nightly hunts usually (because they cannot be seen because they are so sparse and will be slayed) to eat people. Yes, human meat. So Peter would bring home some people for his father and himself. It’s not until he meets a waitress at a restaurant who gives him a number, a murder that arouses suspicion, and a closely related death that turns Peter’s life haywire. This is when the story gets juicy and interesting. Peter must meet a female of his kind and now he’s on the ultimate search of his life.

Probably from that passage right there, you could already get some of the feel for the action to the book. I absolutely loved the book. In fact, I finished the book in three days, a record for me! I’ve never read any chapter book > 200 pages in 3 days, that’s just insane. (It’s actually 295 pages now that I think about it.) So as you can tell I LOVED this book! It’s just amazing! You should read it if you love fantasy and need something that will include action, romance, and dragons. No Spoilers, but I swear, during the last 75 pages of the climax, my heart rate started rising because of all the action. I’ve never felt so into a book before, like watching an action scene on TV except even more amazing.

Also the concepts included in that book including dragons becoming humans, eating humans, mindspeak (The private talking with dragon’s minds as you will later found out. The book has those written in italics.), all the romance that happens, and even the dragons interacting with real life. All these concepts kept me reading from page 1 to 295 just like that and guess what? I’m not done! I picked up the sequel, Dragon Moon and I’m going to start reading it soon. Can’t wait. If you really need a new book to read, check out this amazing book.

So in most of my posts, you know that I include more than one topic, and usually the main topic is longer than the rest. So if you clicked the More… button, you will now see the rest of the topics. It’s to keep my main page clear from clutter, and if you’re interested in reading more, the hidden-ness adds to the suspense, heh. Click it and read what else there is!!! :P

My March Post

So, here is the start of my March post. I guess I have alot of cleaning up to do from last month, so let’s see how hard this’ll be. I’ll start with the hard and emotional stuff.

First off, I may get my comp taken away due to grades, so this might be my last post for a month (which would suck) but I deserve it…. I guess. I won’t go into details, but let’s just say it’s a big amount of grounding for something small.

Second, I think I have a problem with BZFlag. I’ll keep it as simple as that, but my ethics and morals on there have been like wiped out. Some of you that are on BZFlag and have seen me recently can probably relate. I can’t say I’m sorry to you guys, because I’m not…I can’t play BZFlag for fun anymore and now I’m going on just to tease people which is jerkish and bi###y, but I just don’t know…I should probably just uninstall BZFlag, forget it for good before I do something horrible.

[EDIT: As of August 2009 The scratched out phrase does not apply anymore. I play the game as-is and have fun. No more worries, sorry about typing that up in the first place, sometimes I hate myself.]

Thirdly, I lost the game.  What is the game you ask? Well, the goal of the game is not to think about the game, when you think about the game, you lose the game, and you have to acknowledge that you lost the game by saying “I lost the game” out loud, or in an IM conversation you’re having with someone. You can never win the game because when you try to make someone think about the game to make them lose the game, you think about the game and you lose the game. And now that you know what the game is, you are playing the game, and you have already lost the game. You then have 30 minutes to clear your mind of the game, before you can lose the game again. Today so far, I have lost the game 14 times including just now, which is typical for half the day gone (I keep records of how many times I lose the game each day). You lose the game more when you play the game.

Fourthly, Fighter’s Field 3D is almost out, but if I get grounded, it won’t be released on April 1st, but on May 1st. :\
Check out http://z-gamers.net and http://forum.z-gamers.net for more info on what’s going on.

Eh, I’ll stop with the starting phrases, but that’s all I can think of. I had alot more to say but I just had a mind sweep. Ugh, writer’s block, now I’m just writing whatever comes to my head. Eh, whatever, I can’t think when I am not in the good mood, so I guess this is it to the post. :\ I can’t believe I can’t think right now, I had this very long post planned out that would take about 10 minutes to read, but now I got nothing. Well, I should stop typing because this is just stupid…Bye.

Diablo 2 – Fun

So, even though it is a pretty old game, Diablo 2 was something I have recently bought. I guess I’m sort of getting into a computer game buying mood now because I bought Spore, now I bought Diablo 2. Guess I can have fun with computer games if I can’t get a current generation console. Anyways, so here’s my Diablo 2 review.

Diablo 2       9/10
Game 9/10, Graphics 7/10, Online 10/10, Entertainment 9/10, Replayability 10/10.

Game: The game itself is very fun in my opinion. Who wouldn’t want to run around killing enemies, gaining experience, leveling up, learning new skills, and do quests? It just contains so much to do for such a simple concept. I was amazed at how fun it is compared to alot of games with similar graphics/implementations.

Graphics: The game may not be too strong in the Graphics score, but that doesn’t mean the graphics suck. Most of the graphics are pretty detailed, they’re just tiny giving the impression that they are low quality, which is not true. I do agree that it would’ve been nice to see larger images though to make it seem more graphically friendly.

Online: Online play is fun, interactive, and simple. You can use your own computer as a server or use Battle.net’s free online service to host a game. Chatting and picking rooms are simple enough and don’t require much time to get used to. Most players call their game names by what act or part they’re on or what they need help with.

Entertainment: Diablo 2 receives a 9 instead of a 10 due to the fact that it is slightly repetitive. And by slightly, I mean Very Slightly. The areas are randomly generated each time you restart a server on online play apparently (I might need clarity on that statement) which I think is a good thing because that keeps the game interesting and fun. Knowing how to get through every maze or puzzle perfectly each time is lame. Other than the length of time in certain areas, the game has too much variety in enemies, items, and dungeons, to make you bored.

Replayability: Diablo 2 has 5 classes normally, but I got the expansion set so that makes 2 additional classes for 7 total. First off, playing each class through the whole game may take a very long time. You also have to consider that the skill tree is so large that putting skill points on different skills each time dramatically affects game play each time, so you may have to play literally 10s of times before you start figuring out every single combination. The random dungeons (Again, might need clarity) also keep the game very random and fun, and random enemies make each time you do that one quest unique and fun.

Overall: This game is very addictive and fun, single player and multiplayer! I like how when more players play in one game, the strength of the monsters increases. This makes it so much more fun than people running through areas casting a few things and making quests cheap for others, it actually requires more teamwork. Interesting death concept, that when you die you have to collect all your equips and gold from your dead body if possible. I did have to restart the game one time and just collect my equips without the gold because I didn’t put a town portal, but that’s ok. Tons of different weapons and armor also made this game so interesting in that each time you played, you will probably have different weapon and armor sets, depending on what you found! Definitely worth the $40. (It’s actually cheaper, but I got the Battle Chest which contained Diablo, Diablo 2, Diablo 2 Expansion Set, and the Diablo 2 Ultimate Strategy Guide.

Fun fun, so what else have I done over the past week. (Actually, almost two weeks since I posted now) Let’s see… I did continue work on Fighter’s Field 3D. Although I have yet to release it, I am still working on it. I guess since there’s no consequence for not releasing a game, I never release on the release date which sucks, because schoolwork I’d always do it before the due date no matter what, but this however I keep delaying. Guess it’s just my problem…

That is pretty much it for the past two weeks, haven’t done much else. Going to update my pic soon on the About Me page because it’s outdated. (I think it’s almost 1.5 years old now)

Oh yeah, check out http://z-gamers.net and look at Bawl Maze, released by XSkulls. Not the best, but a fun little 3d ball rolling game. If you haven’t noticed, we got a paid domain name too thanks to XSkulls, we thank ya!!

Rama II, the next great book in the series

As the title above states, I have recently finished Rama II by Arthur C. Clarke, and am now on the third book of the Rama series. Although there is a fourth book, I have read it as my first book in the series and so after this book, I should have the whole story in place.

So, what’s so great about the second book? Well, I’d say it’s slightly better than the first book, as the beginning of the book immediately starts off with action (Just like most of Arthur C. Clarke’s books) in a simulation to capture a “biot” which is first named in the first book, Rendezvous with Rama which came from “biological robot” combined. The biots are basically robots which perform specific tasks, but in a much more higher technological aspect than what we would think. I was glad after reading parts of the book when I recognized Richard and Nicole, who would eventually become couples as I read the fourth book first and remembered their names, I knew immediately somehow they were gonna eventually know each other for good.

I think one of the things I love about Arthur C. Clarke’s books is the fact that he write them so well. Of course, this is kind of obvious as everyone usually says that about his/her favorite author. I love the science-fiction aspect of space involved, the action of the chase, hide, run scenes, and even the romance scenes. In most of his books, he has some romance involved to prevent the book from getting boring and making the story seem more realistic while you’re reading about fictional events.

So now I am reading Garden of Rama, the third book, and I think the “Garden” part of the title symbolizes romance, love, and mystery, since this book has had the most amount of love scenes and other interesting concepts involved in that. I think the interesting amount of Biology and Physics involved in the book have also encouraged me to keep reading, as it is something that I haven’t really been very fond of until this book with all the fun and excitement introduced some detailed concepts to it. I am about halfway through the book and will probably be done with it in a week or two. After that, I will give another detailed review with all four books, just like the Space Odyssey series.

Speaking of Biology and genetics, I have recently stumbled upon (with http://www.stumbleupon.com) something called “Gene Pool”. It is less a game and more of an experimental tool for playing with Mendellian Genetics. Of course, I wouldn’t be talking about it if it weren’t interesting, so I’ll explain it in more detail. “Gene Pool” can be downloaded at http://www.swimbots.com/ and consists of a group of “swimbots”, which are living organisms that move around based on their genetic makeup. So basically you have tons of swimbots “swimming” around looking for something to do. They are in two states, either Looking for a mate, or looking for food.

First off, they all have energy. In order to reproduce, they first need to find food, which are green pellets in this simulation. Once they have enough energy, they look for a mate. An “attractive” mate is one of similar color, although later, discussed below, you can change what makes something look attractive. So once they find a mate, they create an egg, which grows and becomes the genetic makeup of both their parents, some from mommy and some from daddy. Althought the swimbots don’t have gender, the idea is clearly visible. Sometimes both parent’s genes are expressed, sometimes there are mutations and there’s no resemblence to their parents. The showing of different genes being expressed by different creatures makes this program not only fun to play with, but also interesting.

The game shows how populations grow, evolve, and prosper. And sometimes, the least “fit” organisms will die off and leave the planet. The game has lots of aspects and variables to look at (Over 30 it looks like) and some are more efficient and physically fit to live than others. For example, some mutations where legs on both sides of the organism grow and move quickly back and forth will not cause the organism to move much. This is because the reverse motion of the current motion will cause it to move back to its previous position. If it cannot move, it is obviously a bad mutation and usually dies off. Also, groups try to fight for control of territory and food, and although they do not kill each other, them eating other’s food will cause organisms from the other tribe to die. Over time, you can see which populations survive for the longest time.

Enough talk, if you want to play it, head to http://www.swimbots.com and download it and play around with it. The interface is kind of clunky, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll try different things. I have included some screenshots of my current “Pool” and my population and food count chart. I usually just let this run while doing other things and see how life has progressed for them. You can watch as I regularly post what’s going on with my population! The graph is very useful too! It lets you see what happens when populations get overcrowded, and what happens once things settle down. It’s like a never ending pattern towards equilibrium. I just love how this game implements the very basic biological factors of life into this game! Anyways, enough chitter chatter, here’s some screenshots.
This first screenshot show my current pond as a whole, and you can barely see all the little critters. The green dots everywhere are the food pellets, and they just appear randomly. You can see there’s about 3 or 4 active tribes right now trying to fight for domination, although it looks like the red organisms are the best fit.

genepool62_120408

In the second screenshot, you can see our chart of how many creatures there are compared to food. Notice the trends of how both of them react when one or the other get really high.genepool63_120408

So that about does it. Also, Fighter’s Field 3D is really coming through for me! The update is so big that I’m making it version 0.4, where the level cap is raised to lv49, 3 new skills per class, new quests, and areas, and a bunch more! I will be making posts on the Z-Gamers website in the near future! That is all for now, see you!

December 1, 2008

Happy December!

So, it’s that time of year again, time to bring out the christmas trees, lights, and whatever, but I’m just glad it’s almost 2009. One of my favorite numbers if 9, so 2009 is a year I am looking forward to.

Anyways, enough of that, if you haven’t noticed, I haven’t made a single post in three weeks! It seems that I am quite lazy and procrastinate longer and longer to type it up, and now that I am taking the time to type up one long blog post, I have to include everything I originally wanted to say. So let’s back up about 2 weeks ago to Sunday, November 23rd. So what’s so special about this date? Well, this day was when I got the chance to do 2 saxophone solos for my church group. It was very fun, I enjoyed it, the crowd enjoyed it, and I didn’t realize I had such a passion for Saxophone. I guess it’s just that I never play it much, so I never see how fun it could be, but after this event, my views on playing the Eb Alto Saxophone has changed.

So then we head into the week of Nov. 23~29th. So we had school for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, pretty normal, but then Thursday until today, we had Thanksgiving Break. Had a good Thanksgiving, as usual, ate a bunch, then started work on an interesting concept developed by Z-Gamer member XSkulls. Fighter’s Field 3D. Now, if you’ve been following Fighter’s Field, I recently released the long-awaited version 0.3 which includes 5 new skills for each class, and the level cap being lv39. I am lv37 right now, but that’s beside the point. So I have worked hard over the past few days, and here’s some beta screenies of what Fighter’s Field 3D will eventually look like! (Forum post at http://zgamers.phpbb2.us/forum/viewtopic.php?t=26)

So, some obvious things from these images. One is that there are new healthbars, two is that all the drawing has been transformed to follow the camera, and three, I am still working on many things for this game.

But this was done over two days, and it was rapid progress. I am still working on it as of right now and pretty soon I will have a lot more done.

I also found a neat wordpress blog recently, called “Naked Paul Toast’s Insights” at http://blog.nakedpaultoast.com/. The reason why I specially mention this blog is because he has quite an amount of similar interests to me. He has mostly humor, Game Maker, and technology topics in his blog, all of which I like, so I now watch his posts every once in awhile also. Maybe you’d like to check it out if you like my blog.

Also, I have been balanced in my activeness between working on Game Maker, playing Fiesta Online, and playing BZFlag, so I’m kinda in a combination of everything I used to do now. That is all for today, hopefully I won’t delay my posts as long anymore, see you later.

Fiesta Lv60 Whoo!

Yes, hear it here folks, thanks to Lanowar_Elf and weareghost, I was able to level to 60. It took two good days, but I went from 20% to 70% the first day, and after the patch, (Which I will discuss in a bit here) I gained the other 30%. Completed the job change quests pretty easily, even though some say it is hard for Clerics, I found it not very difficult. Yes, I did record it and have uploaded it to Youtube. (Videos are posted below)

Part I:

Part 2:

Part 3:

Now I wanna talk to you about the new patch Fiesta recently had. In my opinion, it is just like any other patch. Outspark put it out for a reason (What it is is beyond me) but you cannot change what has been done. I am just hear to summarize the recent patch, and the good and bad to it.

Summary:
The patch changes a few rules, guidelines, and level limits to the playing of Fiesta.

The Good:

  • Lv10~xx can now go in abyss. So the level 20 abyss is now for levels 10~36, level 50 abyss is for levels 10~65, etc. Why is this good? It allows for powerleveling, and some people may consider it good because you get to kill noobs.
  • Kill points now work (For the abyss)
  • Movers in Dungeons (Allows for quicker movements)
  • Enemy DEX fix in Burning Rock (Some enemies were not hittable in the high 80s.)

The Bad:

  • Lv10-xx players going in Abyss. This is bad because noobs can be powerleveled and level up quicker, making for players that cannot control their character as well as the lv50~60s later on that used to be “better”.
  • All levels can go in Dungeons. (This one I don’t get. Why would you do that? You can just get a really high leveled player to help you through it, and people will kill bosses easily.)
  • Movers in Dungeons (Again, a bad thing because people may train the dungeons a whole lot more instead of slowly going through it.)
  • Certain Enemies in Burning Rock Have Raised Damage
  • Getting killed in an abyss makes you lose experience, even from a player kill now.

So the good and bad are the same, just like the last patch, you won’t find anything too good or too bad about the patch, and everyone has their opinions, but since it has not made such a large impact on the game, Outspark will not remove it.

Next topic, Rubik’s Cube! That’s right, I recently learned how to finish this marvel of a toy and do it through memory now! I will eventually provide instructions here, but you can find Youtube videos and online instructions on it all over the internet, so if you want to learn, get searching!

Concerning Marching Band, I say we did a VERY good job at Ironwood Ridge. We got all the caption awards and our teacher said we could go to state! Unfortunately, over 30 band members said they did not want to go. I didn’t get this at all…We did so well in Ironwood Ridge, and I was really hoping we could go to state, it would’ve been fun tripwise, and competition-wise and I say that’d be a day I’d remember forever…Now I will always wonder how well we would be if we could go to state. So the marching season is over again, and I’m kind of saddened by how quickly this year went…

Reading Rama Revealed, I recently have finished it, and I must say, it was a great book. I found all of Arthur C. Clarke’s older storytelling in this book, it was great. I am now reading Rendezvous with Rama, the first book in the series, again, read the last book first, now going in order to see how Rama Revealed connects to the whole story.

My friend Charles recently heard the song Delirium by Smiley on my CD player during the Ironwood Ridge band competition. Now he likes the song and has overplayed it. XD

This basically sums up this week, in Z-Gamers news, just been updating Fighter’s Field a little bit, stuck on level 28 on my game, so I don’t know how much farther I’m planning to go. From my website, the updates I have made recently:

-Added in lv30~40 Kingdom Quest
-Level Cap is now lv39 instead of lv35
-Enemies have increased power and health, but give you a lot more experience now.
-Buffs have been fixed to show up next to each other correctly.
-Fixed glitch where hovering over an info box makes your character glitch and messes up your file.
-Modified Experience given from quests.
-ALL Quests are now repeatable. They slowly get harder but give you more experience.
-Download Link has been changed, you can still access it as normal on this website and in the game.

So that’s that. New features I plan to include:

-Equips
-Online Multiplayer
-Higher Leveled Enemies

Watching the election right now, with McCain leading 13 to Obama’s 3, but of course, this is just the beginning…So we’ll see how it all works out within the next few hours.

That’s about it for now, stay tuned for next week’s post!

The Actual Hype About Vista

So, I have recently gotten a new computer, and I really like it. Not just the new computer, but believe it or not, Vista itself. It seems that it is true that you can’t say something without trying it out first. As an average user of the computer, Vista is more user-friendly in a sense. First and Best thing I like, the Aero interface. Yes, I admit it seems to be a resource hog, but turn off all the fancy effects and just have the Vista Aero theme without animations going, and you have a pretty nice-looking window GUI already.

Second thing I like, the Sidebar. It really is useful. I have the weather going, a clock, system meters, to-do list, dictionary search, and picture viewer in that order going down. It seems to be a very useful at-a-glance object to look at. Next up, the Vista Start Search, it is so much faster than searing windows search due to the fact of indexing. I know Vista uses more memory, but it doesn’t heavily lower your system’s performance. All my old programs work much faster, and multi-tasking is as smooth as ever.

Maybe at the beginning Vista had a bad start, but now it’s reaching a nice plateau. You can get all technical and argue over these positive statements about Vista, but I personally love it. The Dell Dock has been included on my computer and makes accessing stuff much easier. Everything has been ordered in a more sensible and logical way. I don’t mind using Vista now. All that stuff about what people said is bad about Vista, well, I have to say is alot less than what’s good about Vista. That’s about it for today’s post.

Nothing else going on. Going to try to make Fighter’s Field online, this’ll be my second attempt at it, and hopefully it will succeed. That’s all for now! ( You can see what my screen looks like on my online desktop at http://mydesktop.tk with Vista now :) )

Fighter’s Field Game Starting

So, it’s been close to a month since I’ve posted, but I haven’t been very active on here only due to the fact that I have been working on this new game and playing Fiesta often. It seems that I am becoming much better and more efficient at coding with GML, and it’s a matter of time before I start working on 3D games. (I have recently learned how to make an online game, so all that’s left is to make 3D games) Now that I have pretty much mastered everything about Game Maker, it’s going to be time to start putting it to good use. Right now, this is a very simple version of what my game is going to be like. (It is based off of Fiesta completely) It is at the moment a simple game where you can kill various enemies and participate in “kingdom quests” and do a “job change” quest, just like Fiesta (Except from my own perspective). Basically you choose from one of the four classes, Rogue (Basically a replacement name for Cleric), Fighter, Mage, and Archer. Probably the most interesting ones are Mage and Archer since you aim your attacks and magic. Fighters are just really powerful and Rogues can heal themselves. I continuously update this game, but please check it out, it is quite fun. You can head over to http://sigonasr2.servegame.org/zgamers/MiniRPG/fightersfield.php to download the game. Updated it this morning with EXP fixes, (You get less if you fight enemies too weak or too strong, just like Fiesta) Game Speed fixes for first kingdom quest. Also there are now notification icons on the right hand side every once in awhile when you level. These let you know what new things you can do or letting you know what’s happening.

In other news, I’m level 54 on my cleric now in Fiesta. Pretty decent. It’s getting pretty tough to level now. I want to save my quests, but grinding is just plain crazy. Asaph also handed over RadiantDawn to me and now seems to regret it a bit. Oh well, I’m the guild master now, so I call the shots. :)

School starts in a few days. Can’t wait, and kind of down at the same time. It’s like you miss school, but you just can’t go back just yet. Since school starts earlier now, that feeling is starting to happen more often.
